" To attain knowledge, you must add things daily. To attain wisdom, you must remove things daily ".
The same rule also applies to success. If you want success then you should sacrifice something, you will quit some meaningless things. So I did some do-it-yourself Google research and came up with the five worst things, five useless habits that are getting in the way of success and wasting your time.
Habit no 1: Delaying:
"Procrastination is the thief of Time."
There is another point:
"Someday is not a day of the week"
This phrase is for people who leave everything on someday. because they think they will do it someday, will do it tomorrow, will do it another day and that day never comes.
Habit no 2: Scrolling:
This is today's disease. Social Media Addiction is Society's Biggest Problem. All day long for no purpose Keep scrolling and consuming data. Sometimes watching one thing, consumes another thing, and finally depression. Whatever the addiction, it affects the emotions. the social media platforms use in the same circle that the mind processes while gambling or during things that release us sad later.
Various campaigns were also run against it like

" Social Media is Not a Safe Space."

Habit No 3: Excuses:
It is said:
"That winners make the effort while losers make excuses"
Excuses are made by people who have some kind of fear, uncertainty, or lack of self-confidence. We can avoid the pan for a while by making excuses, but in the long term, the boat will sink. Excuses are the foundation of failure, the first step to failure. Leave excuses for success, reasons will not work either. so make sure:
"To be stronger than your excuses."
Habit No 4: Plan Disorder:
Two or three things are added to it. For example,
1: Multitasking means doing two to three tasks at a time, in which even one cannot be done correctly and it is just a waste of time.
2: The second is Disorganization i.e; is not finalizing which work to do first, which to do later, which thing is a priority and which is not.
3: The third is No plans mean not having any kind of plans as to what to do with the fukking life.
4: And the fourth changeable planning means it is okay to change your plans according to the environment because time and mood keep changing. Fix plains never run. There is a famous phrase:
"A goal without a plan is just a wish."
Habit No 5: Too good:
Now, this thing comes into the circle of social life to say yes to whatever someone says. too many say yes. Anyone who wants to work, say yes. Doing other people's work more than yourself or prioritizing others' work over your own is a wasteful and time-wasting thing. Well now comes the main thing in it. That pleases a person who is just stealing your time. There is no benefit or anything basic, just wasting your time on negative energy. And such people can never be happy no matter what you do. So it is better to ignore them. And be told "no" directly to them.
